Mean Pulmonary Artery Pressure Change Post-Thrombectomy Average pre-procedural mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) in patients with pulmonary hypertension (defined as mPAP >25 mm Hg; n = 70) was measured as 34.7 ± 7.1 mm Hg. In this group, mPAP decreased to 31.5 ± 7.7 mm Hg post-thrombectomy (p < 0.0001). Thirty-one patients had normal baseline mPAP measurements.
