Deadlines Registration for ESL and Citizenship classes will be taken the first 3 weeks of the semester. We advertise to come during the first 2 weeks to register; however, if the class is not full and someone wants to enroll the 3rd week, instructors can register students throughout the 3rd week. All registrations , blue entry forms, emergency cards and brown Pre-test forms must be submitted to our office within 48 hours (says this timeframe on webpage) of your first class meeting. Registration for GED classes can be taken throughout the semester because students complete the class throughout the semester, making room for others. If you are e-testing, you only need to submit the registration forms and blue entry forms. If you are paper testing on campus, you must turn in all (registration, entry/update and tests) your paperwork by Monday, August 26th . If you are paper testing off site, you must turn in all (registration, entry/update and tests) your paperwork by Monday, September 9th .

Drops and Transfers Any students who attend your class and complete a registration form and then drops or transfers, their registration must be submitted and their attendance hours must be entered into ASAP. Once their attendance hours have been entered, you can drop them from your class. We want to capture all student attendance hours even if they only attended 1 day. All transfer students MUST complete a registration form for their new class. If you are the instructor of the class that the student is leaving, please send a single subject e-mail to Terri and Lupe notifying of the drop and drop the student in ASAP so they can be added to the transfer class.
