Quantitative comparison of a human cancer cell surface proteome between interphase and mitosis Immunostaining of HeLa cells probed for FITC‐labeled streptavidin and DNA and the merge streptavidin (red) and DNA (blue). Cell surface was labeled using amine biotinylation. Scale bar, 10 μm. Western blot analysis of cell surface preparation. The surface‐biotinylated cells were lysed using a detergent containing lysis buffer, incubated with and then eluted from streptavidin beads (i.e., cell sur. fraction).
