Cosigning Queue Notes - Identify each type of note that should appear in the queue including SOAP and Quick Notes  Medications – Identify each medication type (Drug Category) that should appear in the queue i.e. Narcotics, Injectable, Diabetes Diagnostics – Identify Lab Orders, Lab Results, Radiology Orders, Radiology Results  Signers – Identify whether the cosigner will need to acknowledge the order in the queue and the Supervisor will sign-off or if it is a single sign-off for the supervisor. Roles – Identify the roles who will need items signed & identify the Supervisory roles who are allowed to sign-off.
