Tips to assist you in Delivering your program. Stop ..Pay attention to your students. Let them know they are important. Let them Talk don’t interrupt . Look …Make eye Contact… Show Interest Listen.. Focus …use non verbal cues smile , nod, frown Respond …. Repeat some sections of the conversation to show you are listening … Remain neutral & supportive.

Coach Session Tips Establish Routines Be organised with your Playing Area … Organise Participants to do preparation before the session. Do the Same for the end of session Remember your Safety rules and be sure they know these . Remember the Rules when Coaching children. Remember your Diary .. Keep Records Be Responsive … attentive .. Keep your program interesting …Do not overload .. Small pieces of information are generally easier for them to digest .

Coaching Children Open discussion .. Why do they want to Play sport ? Give your reasons & what we can do to make the Sessions interesting and productive For Children What Duty of care would you cover with Children ? Discuss Behaviour management and how to deal with it .
