Decentralization of Crown Copyright and Licensing Since November 18, 2013, PDS no longer administers Crown Copyright and Licensing for Government of Canada departments and agencies Permission (if required) to reproduce GC publications must go through the author department, and as a result of decentralization each department may now have their own procedures and approach 5. End of the printed version of the Weekly Checklist (WCL) Last printed issue: 13-51 (December 27, 2013) Three special issues with commemorative covers and introductions detailing the history of the WCL and the DSP were issued in Dec. 2013 Electronic versions are available in our e-collection
