Be able to communicate more detailed information in smaller and clearer forms. Warm-up What is your opinion of Seamus Heaney. Refer to any or all of his poems in your answer. 3-5 sentences.

What’s a memo – note this A memo is an informative document used in a professional setting. It serves as both designator and reminder that something should be done. (People are busy and don’t always have 5-10 minutes to listen to your point. Giving them a memo lets you convey your point with ease and accuracy).
