Understanding others is key Sometimes just understanding another Generation becomes key in how well you are able to progress on your own goals.

Belief Systems It is safe to say that it is no longer your generation that is teaching you or working for you. But it is multiple generations each with their on set of beliefs.

I am the greatest!!! Each Generation feels it is the Greatest Generation and all others fall short.
