Place your order well in advance Set your delivery time Place your order well in advance This will allow enough time for your approver to approve your order and enough advance notice for the vendor to prepare for your delivery. Mouse over the time grid to select your delivery date and time. The arrows in the time bubble allow you to increase the time by 5-minute increments. Use the arrows on either side of the week and the month icon to toggle through future weeks and months as needed. Questions? Select a restaurant or caterer Once you set a delivery time, a list of approved vendors will appear You can sort vendors using the various filters on the left or mouse-over a vendor’s name to see basic information on the right, such as delivery fees, cuisines and lead times. You will be notified by the vendor or ATG once your order is uploaded and ready for processing through the UVa Marketplace / ATG punch-out. Next Steps 1. Your requisition will be returned to your UVa Marketplace shopping cart upon submission. You will be taken through your normal workflow and your order will be submitted for approval. 2. Make sure your approver approves your order with enough time for the vendor to prepare for your delivery. Please keep in mind that many vendors have a minimum advance notice requirement, i.e. 24-48 hours. If you are concerned your order will not be approved in time, call us. We will contact the vendor and send them your order details to avoid any issues with your delivery. 3. Once your order is approved, the vendor receives a copy via a web site, email, or fax. You will receive an email from us letting you know we have your order and it is pending confirmation with the vendor. 4. The order will then be confirmed with the restaurant.
