I like and care about all of my students regardless how they feel about me. Every student can be successful in school and life. Every student can behave and behavior is the student’s responsibility. In Medieval Europe the power belonged to those who owned the land In Medieval Europe the power belonged to those who owned the land. The owner of the land would give land to another in exchange for loyalty. The land that was given is a called a fief. The person accepting land is called a vassal. The person giving the land was called Lord. The lord’s chief duty was to protect the vassals and their lands. Vassals had to serve in the lord’s army. They also had to make special payments of money or goods. Peasants would work the land for protection. This system was called Feudalism.
