Activities For kids age within 11-15 named “Optics for Kids” For undergraduate students named “Optical Instruments and Their Applications.”

Optics for Kids 1) 11th April: Eyuboglu College Observatory Journey. The observatory has the second biggest telescope in Turkey. Our aim was to demonstrate telescopes. We observed the Sun

Photos from Eyuboglu College

2) 18th April: Teaching Telescope Making The kids learnt how to make telescope They made their own telescopes

Photos from Telescope Making

3) 2nd May: Science Festival for Kids The festival took one day long We demonstrated mostly optical instruments such as telescopes, lenses, microscope etc. We made also some experiments from the Optics Discovery Kit, which we got from OSA.
