OLD BOHEMIA GARLIC SOUP BY Kuba,Dalibor and adam

Ingrediens 5 big potatoes 2 heads garlic a bit of salt and pepper majoram 2 eggs 50 grammes cheese 1litre broth chickens bones vegetables(carrot,root celery)

Instructions: 1)Put chicken(beef or pork) bones into a pot with the salt and the pepper. Boil it for 45 minutes. 2)Cut the bread into cubes.Fry the cubes. 3)Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. 4) Boil the potatoes with a bit of salt and cumin for 20 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS 5)Put the cooked potatoes into the ready boiling broth. 6)Add the pushed garlic with spice. 7)Add the a bit of the lard. 8)Serve the soup with the bread cubes.
