COMPLEMENTARITY for a Sustainable CEOS

COMPLEMENTARITY for a Sustainable CEOS What does complementarity mean? For CEOS: the harmonization of internal and external activities and groups to benefit CEOS objectives Points of Discussion How should Virtual Constellations interact with International Science Teams? CEOS + CGMS? CEOS + GFCS + GEO? CEOS + PSTG + WMO? CEOS + key stakeholders who are also CEOS Associates? Should the SDCG for GFOI transition into a SDCG for CEOS? Should there be an overarching mechanism for ocean-related activities within CEOS?
