COMBINED REGIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROJECT (CRISP) Loveland Police Department COMBINED REGIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROJECT (CRISP)

CRISP Presentation Topics: Overview of the Combined Regional Information System Benefits of a Combined Regional Information System Questions

CRISP The combined regional management system joins the Loveland PD, Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, and the Fort Collins Police Services through a common software platform that combines Computer-Assisted Dispatch (CAD), a Records Management System (RMS) and Jail Management System (JMS). The system would rest on a software bundle supplied by TriTech Software Inc. All Parties have agreed to equally share the costs of the development and maintenance of the project.

CRISP CRISP Benefits: Regional consistency. Share data across county Situational awareness (e.g., high speed pursuits between jurisdictions). Closer partnership amongst agencies. 5. Mobile to mobile (i.e. car to car) communication becomes possible. 6. Transfer of calls (more quickly, don’t have to make a phone call, dispatch transfer time reduction). 7. Mutual Aid is easier/Cross area help (no phone call needed, process simplification). 8. Real time access to jail information.

CRISP Questions? Thank you!
