General information about the port Overview of the port of Ust-Luga PORT OF UST-LUGA FACTOR TERMINAL General information about the port Location Location: Leningrad region, Kingisepp district, the Gulf of Finland, the estuary of Luga Area of the port:  1 181,9297 ha. Water area of the seaport:  67,56 square kilometers Number of berths: 38 Number of terminals: 16 The Luzhskaya-Sortirovochnaya station of the largest station in Russia. Due to the unique sorting hill, the station is capable of processing up to 5 000 wagons per day In the near future, the Ust-Luga railway station will be the largest and the most modern in Europe, providing rail transportation and handling of 100 million tons of cargo per year The complete reconstruction of the highway connecting the port with the federal highway M11 «Narva» Saint-Petersburg – Ivangorod – the border with Estonia is almost completed The cargo turnover totals more than 100 mln. tons in 2018 (including 70 mln. tons by rail). Project turnover in 2025 is planned in amount of 191 mln. tons. The commercial seaport Ust-Luga – the largest seaport of the Baltic sea.

General information about the Company General scheme of the Terminal Overview of the Terminal PORT OF UST-LUGA FACTOR TERMINAL General information about the Company General scheme of the Terminal The Terminal is the private stevedoring company of the commercial seaport During the 20 years of work the Terminal has accumulated a significant experience of work with the cargo in bulk, general cargo and break-bulk cargo. During the period of time from 2014 to 2017 the investment projects aimed at increasing of efficiency of transloading of soda ash, biofuel and grain cargo have been implemented at the Terminal The territory of the Terminal is 42,5 ha. The outside storage area of the Terminal is 8 ha, the covered storage area (12 warehouses) - 18 100 square meters, it’s simultaneous storage capacity is 50,2 thousand tons The Terminal has 2 own berths and 1 berth under lease for 49 years of total lengths of 315 meters There is a separated railway branch from Ust-luga station to the Terminal with a supply capability of container cargo
