Northeast Valley Health Corporation JCAHO-accredited, federally qualified health center Non-profit organization community owned and operated 10 licensed health centers, 13 Women’s, Infants, and Children’s (WIC) sites, 3 substance abuse counseling and recovery centers, a dental clinic, 3 school-based clinics, a homeless clinic, and the HIV Division.

Project Description/Data To provide confidential and anonymous HIV tests to family planning clients at risk for HIV infection. September 2004 to December 2005 Return for Results Rate = 85.91% Males = 41% Females = 59% Hispanic/Latino = 60% White = 24%

Number of Positives September 2004 - December 2005 Confirmed Positives = 9 All Referred into Care/Treatment Age 20-24 = 1 Male Hispanic + 1 White Female Age 25-29 = 1 Male Hispanic Age 30-34 = 2 Male Hispanic + 2 White Male + 1 Asian Female Age 45+ = 1 Male Hispanic
