Gurdwara Ber Sahib Jee, Sultanpur Lodhi Guru Nanak Dev Jee mediated under this tree for many years. Beside the Gurdwara is the River Bein, where Guru Jee went missing for three days.

Guru Nanak Dev Jee and the Mool Mantar Guru Nanak Dev Jee worked as a store keeper in Sultanpur Lodhi. Everyday Guru Nanak Dev Jee would Have a bath in the River Bein & pray to Vaheguru Think of Vaheguru all day long Sit with the sangat in the evenings and talk about God One morning Guru Nanak Dev Jee went for their bath, but never came back. Bhai Mardana Jee got scared and thought that Guru Jee had drowned. He went back and told the people in the village what had just happened. A search party was sent out to find Guru Jee but they were not found. Bibi Nanaki Jee (Guru Jee’s sister) was the only person that believed that Guru Jee was still alive. Guru Nanak Dev Jee came out of the river after three days. Everyone was so pleased that Guru Jee was still alive. Guru Nanak Dev Jee had gone to see God. God blessed Guru Nanak Dev Jee with the Mool Mantar and told Guru Jee to go back and tell everyone about it.
