Region Strategic Planning SIA Strategic Plan template IMPACT statement: Together we will provide a sustainable impact on the lives of women and girls who face obstacles such as poverty, violence and teen pregnancy. Oceans Over the Planet Super Region (OOPS) IMPACT statement: Together we will provide a sustainable impact on the lives of women, children, the elderly, the environment, and animals.

Region Strategic Planning Sample Objective for OOPS Region under IMPACT Increasing the impact of the Live Your Dream Awards.(same as the template) Sample Strategies under the above objective: Encourage and support clubs to: Give our more Live Your Dream Awards Increase the total amount of money given in Live Your Dream Awards Provide additional resources to Live Your Dream Award recipients

Region Strategic Planning Sample Tactics for OOPS Region’s Strategy Inform clubs through our region newsletter that all clubs are required to give out a LYDA Inform clubs that the minimum award amount must be a least $2,000 starting with FY19/20 LYDA Region Committee will provide completed applications to all clubs who did not receive an application Region board will create a marketing plan for each club to promote LYDA Region board will create a list of additional educational resources that are available for the LYDA recipients

Region Strategic Planning Suggested Tactics Inform and educate clubs through our region newsletter, District Meetings, Region Conferences and other communication mediums the benefits to the club of providing LYDA in their community Provide additional recognition to clubs who provide LYDA at amounts of $2,000 and above LYDA Region Committee will provide completed at large applications to all clubs who did not receive an application by November 15th of each club year

Region Strategic Planning Suggested Tactics During region conferences the LYDA Region Committee will share the availability public awareness resources to help clubs market and promote the LYDA during the next club year Region LYDA committee will solicit clubs for list of additional resources for LYDA recipients, with information to be shared at Fall District meetings Increase total number of LYDA given by clubs by 2% in FY19/20

Region Strategic Planning Suggested Tactics Increase the number of additional LYDA given by the region by 1 award each club year until we give out 4 additional awards. Increase the amount of money given per region LYDA by $250 each year until we reach $2,000 per award given
