Documentation Issued to CRG Landscape and Ecology Management Plan (LEMP) – 37 pages LEMP Summary – 15 pages Landscape design drawings Landscape specification Selected civil engineering drawings

LEMP Purpose, scope, relationship to suite of construction mgmt. plans Describes HOW the landscape construction will be managed Ecology Conditions Enabling activities Construction monitoring / hold points Post construction activities Landscape Conditions – vegetation, earthworks, planting, walking tracks, visible infra Construction monitoring

Landscape Design Drawings + Spec Describes WHAT is to be provided in terms of landscape construction scope 100 series – tree removal/protection plan, planting schedules 200 series – general plans, walkway/fencing plans 400 series – details 500 series – planting plans Drawings to be read in conjunction with the specification Specification includes requirements relating to the construction process also (some overlap with LEMP)

Civil Drawings Proposed works to the access track between sports fields Timber steps details Timber fence details Gate details Typical walkway details – missing – being added in response to WCC review comment
