Today’s Objectives After this session I will be able to: Identify at least one workflow to capture immunization data from bidirectional CHIRP interface Determine how to utilize patient lists for immunization in-reach and/or outreach Review benchmarking data for health centers in Indiana
Focus on Quality Data Review- Indiana No HP 2020 Average Overall, not much improvement as a state from 2017 to 2018, however there has been a significant increase in the number of Look-Alikes during 2018 who reported during UDS 2018, so the denominators are significantly different from 2017.
