Information for Parents Joey Scouts is open to boys & girls aged 5, 6 & 7. Scout Association activities are supervised by Adult Leaders who have to meet strict safety and training standard in planning and organization of activities for young people. All Leaders hold current Blue Cards from the Department of Child Safety.
