DLRO Operational Framework Mission: The mission of the Department of Logistics and Resource Operations (DLRO) is to educate, train, and develop all students completing the U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff Officer’s College in the art and science of sustainment operations and force management for Unified Land Operations in complex and uncertain environments, focusing on Large Scale Combat Operations.
