A short graphical preview B2B Market Portal A short graphical preview 16/12/2016

B2B Market Portal – First Look Read first This slide deck provides a high level preview of some of the functionalities found in the B2B Market Portal (MP). It serves as a first impression of the screens look & feel. Context will be provided via the notes on each slide. We will focus on an end-2-end scenario where we: search for an EAN; submit a request on the selected EAN; consult transactional information of the submitted request. Keep in mind that currently the MP is still in a development and test phase. This means that: screens might look differently when the MP goes live; certain functionalities haven’t yet been implemented; If applicable we’ll indicate what upcoming developments are ongoing Provided data on the screens is a mix of technical and functional test data and not intended to be representative from a business point of view.

B2B Market Portal – First Look Home Page The Home page of the MP holds numerous functionalities Top right, next to the username, you can change various settings including the MP display language (available in Dutch, French and English) Notifications can be found on 2 places: Notifications on top of the page: these notifications come from Atrias (visible for all suppliers) Notifications on the bottom of the page: these notifications come from the Admin of local supplier (only visible for that supplier) Furthermore six functionalities are highlighted: Search EAN: search for an EAN then launch scenarios on SDPs (structure, settlement, ...) Consult Transactions: search for outgoing and incoming transactions, several parameters allow to provide search criteria and filters. Send Feedback: send several types of Settle feedback Subrole Management: administrators can assign different roles to the market suppliers users (not visible for non-admin users). Reporting: access reports Help Documents: access help documents

B2B Market Portal – First Look Search EAN You can initiate a search in two ways: Search for EAN: used if you know the EAN Search on Installation Address: used if you don’t know the EAN Before you can initiate the search, you’ll have to indicate in which market you’re looking for an EAN: Electricity or Gas Wildcards (*) can be used during the search. It will be required to fill out the city/zipcode and street name. This to limit the possibility of starting very heavy queries on the CMS. An autocomplete functionality is provided when inputting the address. This functionality will suggest, for example, a street name while you’re typing it. Especially useful for street names with special characters or abbreviations. In this example we execute a search on “Dorpsstraat 2 – 3000 Antwerpen”

B2B Market Portal – First Look Search Results The Search Results screen provides an overview of the initiated search. If multiple results fit your search, they all will be displayed. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to see all related information if you don’t have that SDP in portfolio. In this case the supplier who initiated the search has one SDP in portfolio (901200000000017884). The other SDP isn’t in it’s portfolio. You can identify if an SDP is in portfolio in three ways: The SDP is highlighted and clickable. When you select it a light preswitch is initiated providing you more information about the SDP (Active modules, Available catalogue and configurations, …). When the SDP isn’t in portfolio an “i” provides more information (GAP and ARS if applicable). The column Balance Supplier is completed with the GLN of the BS who has the SDP in portfolio. But only for those SDPs that are in portfolio of the BS who initiated the request. You won’t be able to see which BS has other SDP’s in portfolio. When an SDP is in portfolio you’ll be select a “Send Request” button. Otherwise you’ll have to use the “Preswitch Light” button. In this example, we’re going to select the “Send Request” button

B2B Market Portal – First Look Module Overview Handle Outbound Rectification Ticket The Module Overview page shows all possible requests that can be initiated. Depending on the state of an SDP certain request can or can’t be initiated. For example: It would be impossible to initiate a Move Out on an inactive SDP. If there’s no active MROD request, it will be impossible to request a Cancel MROD In this example, we select “Request MROD”

B2B Market Portal – First Look Request MROD – Reduced form We’ve tried to prefill the maximum amount of data that is possible for each for. This is done by: Prefilling fixed values; Prefilling technical data (GUID’s, party identifications, …); SDP specific data. Because every request starts by searching for an EAN first and then selecting an SDP, we’re able to prefill a lot of the data known by the CMS for this SDP. For other data we’re not able to prefill the specific fields, but we will provide a dropdown with correct data, for example: For a Request MROD a user can select one out of two modules. Up front we don’t know which one the user would like to select. So we only let him chose between the two available Modules (E53 [Meter Reading On Demand] or BU1 [Validation of Meter Reads]). If multiple registers exist but you only want to validate the index of one register, you can specifically select only this one register (or multiple). This prefill functionality enables the user to complete request in a faster manner and with a highly reduced chance on errors (and the message being rejected by CMS due to inconsistency between data send by the request and data known by CMS). When the form opens the user will see a largely reduced overview of the fields that still need to be completed before the request can be submitted. However it is possible that more fields will be added on the fly when a user selects a specific value; these are conditional fields. For example: When you select E53 as a module, you only have to provide a Desired Execution Date When you select BU1 as a module, you have to provide a Desired Execution Date but you also have to provide Meter & Index Information

B2B Market Portal – First Look Request MROD Full Form When you select “Show All Fields” in the top right corner, the full form opens. You will find a lot more (prefilled) data in here than you would in the initial view. After submitting the form it’s possible to generate a pdf of your recently submitted form.

B2B Market Portal – First Look On screen help Errors can be easily made. For that reason we’re providing on screen help while completing the form. This way you won’t lose time of have to redo the request when you get an reject back from the CMS. Some of the in line help functions are: Provide which value is allowed to input when you’ve entered an incorrect value (e.g. Sector) Provide info about the pattern of a value (e.g. Balance Supplier Key has an invalid checksum, EAN Code isn’t made up out of 18 digits, Index value isn’t a decimal) Provide info if a required field hasn’t been completed (e.g. Meter Id) For certain fields that may be confusing or not clear enough just by reading their name, we also foresee Tooltips. Hoover over the “i” and the info related to that field is displayed.

B2B Market Portal – First Look Consult Transactions Selecting Consult Transactions from the main menu brings you to the Search Transactions screen. In here you can search transactions within a specific time range and, if desired, by using numerous filters, search criteria and sorting possibilities. When you’ve found the transaction you’re looking for, you can download the xml this transaction is part of.
