Nourish your body Eating for Healthy Teenagers Year 9 Nutrition and Food Technology

Practical : Pizza In pairs bring: Toppings for pizza: Edam cheese 50-75 grams ¾ c Ham/Cooked lean chicken At least three vegetable (or fruit) toppings other than onion such as Mushrooms (3-4 small), capsicum, tomato, pineapple, olives, sundried tomato, basil leaves.
