KMST AIMS & OBJECTIVES

Aims & objectives: To support and structure the capacity of NA’s to use strategically E+ and ESC in reaching European and national youth policy objectives.

Aims & objectives: How? initiatives to develop their competences: trainings & learning opportunities. online Annual Training Calendar analysis of training needs of NAs staff quality guidelines for implementation of NA staff trainings / events good practices sharing of the programmes’ implementation response to emerging needs in the implementation of the programme a coherent and consistent implementation of both programmes and create synergies reflect the different strategies cared by SALTOs in its offers supporting KM within the network of NAs (as part of the development of KMST)
