1. Main Menu Here you will find all the main sections of our site. Let’s go through them one by one… A) Company Here you will find information about Concord Products. How long we’ve been in business, our environmental standards, and our Mission Statement are all available. Please Take Note – This is one of 3 places where you can access our Frequently Asked Questions page to find exactly the answer you need. If you ever have a problem or concern we recommend looking here to find a quick and easy answer before contacting our Customer Service team.

Direct any new Customers or Dealers to our Become A Reseller page. This has all the information they need to register their company with us. The Client Login page is where you can enter your username and password in order to see our Client Center.

Put in your user information. In the Client Center you will find all kinds of great pages. The Customer Tools page includes a list of Price Books, Quote Checklists, Brochures, Features & Benefits, Sell Sheets, and Photo Galleries. Below Customer Tools you will notice the Frequently Asked Questions page again. Then we have pages that are devoted to some of our specific tools: Price Books, Brochures, Features and Benefits, Specification Guides, Concord University Presentations, and the Quick Links Menu items Selling Support, Technical Information, Promotions and Incentives, and finally our Company News.
