How to Use the Participant Directory Ginny Lebeck, ginny.Lebeck@gpug.com 1-877-324-8880 ext. 1527 Twitter: @GPUG and @GinnyLebeck Facebook: @theGPUG Hello everyone, this is Ginny from the Microsoft Dynamics GP User Group Engagement Team. Welcome to another session of Quick Tips. Today I will show you how to find GPUG professionals using the Participant Directory. @GPUG www.gpug.com info@gpug.com

Click Here First, go to www.gpug.com and login in with your credentials. You can do this by clicking the blue Login button at the top right corner of the page.

Next, go to the Learn & Engage tab located in the left navigation bar and select Participant Directory.

Once on the Member Directory Page, you will see tabs on the top for Basic Search and Advanced Search. Basic search is great if you know who you are looking for so you can enter either their first name and last name or a combination with the company or email address.

The GPUG Member Directory contains over 20,000 individual contacts so another way to find other like-minded professionals is to select the advanced search and you will see that you can customize your search results based on your location, industry, role, company size, or the GP version those individuals are using. If you want to find a Microsoft MVP you can click on the Participant Type so you can connect with a Microsoft certified MVP professional. You will also notice that you can either add these individual names to your contact list, or send them a message based on the need you currently have.

You can check responses in your inbox located on your Profile page and if you added them as a contact you will see their name on your list of contacts under the “My Connections” tab.
