What is Judicial Review The power of the Supreme Court to say whether any federal, state, or local law or action goes against the Constitution

What does due process of law mean? Procedures established by law and guaranteed by the Constitution

What does the 14th Amendment state? “All persons born or naturalized in the United States ….. are citizens of the United States and of the State where they reside. “….nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law ….”
