Illuminate Student Programs How to Add a Special Program to a Student Profile

The preferred browser is Chrome Log Into Illuminate The preferred browser is Chrome Type “bassett.illuminateed.com” into your browser address bar and press enter. Note: Don’t forget the dot between “Bassett” and “Illuminateed”. Note 2: “Illuminateed” is short for “Iluminate Education”. Be sure there are two e’s before the “d”. 3

1 Sign In 2 3 Your username is the stem of your email address. (For example, dalbay-yenney, without the @bassettusd.org). Your password is the same as your email password. Starting with Next, follow the prompts as needed. 4 1 2 3 3

3 2 Start a Student Search 1 1. Select the “Search for a Student” tile. 2. Alternative: Select “Search 2.0” from the “Students” drop down menu. 3. Short Cut: Type in the student’s name or student ID in the search bar. (This will skip the Student Search screen and take you directly to the Student Demographic Details screen.) 5

Specify a Student 1 2 Enter the appropriate search parameters into the corresponding boxes. (If you enter only a few letters or numbers, Search will return all matches.) Select Search, and then select the relevant student from the list which will appear. Alternative: If you have been working with the student’s information recently, you may scroll down to My Recently Accessed Students and select them from the list there. 3 6

Navigate to Student Programs Select Quick Nav from beneath the Menu Bar, and then Student Programs from the drop down menu. 7

Enroll Student 5 4 Select the Student Program text box and choose the appropriate program from the drop down menu.. If the Sub Program Box un-grays, select that text box and choose the appropriate subprogram. Enter the Start Date by selecting the appropriate calendar. (Other information is optional.) Select the Add button. The program will be added near the top of the screen. 1 2 3 8
