Reconciliation: When there is conflict or sin, we come together under the authority and in the name of Jesus Christ not to win an argument… but to restore our communion with God and one another; as well as to hear from God what His Will is for this situation.

Matthew 5: 23-24 23 “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift.”

12 “Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors… Matthew 6: 12 & 14-15 12 “Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors… 14 For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”

Losing Our “Key” “Priestly Confession” or Pastoral Arbitration is more encouraged; instead of individuals actually doing reconciliation themselves. People openly live with fractured or frosty relationships; within the church and in other areas.
