Video Coaching

Simple, Engaging Video Scenarios 1 Notification 2 Scenario 3 Record 4 5 Submit Review Video coaching allows sales leaders, and training and enablement professionals, to view recorded responses to video scenarios presented within a Qstream challenge. These observations, when presented alongside knowledge and skills insights from Qstream’s adaptive reinforcement algorithm, competency ratings, and CRM-sourced performance and productivity data, deliver the richest possible picture of your team’s capabilities. Workflow description: Reps receive a mobile push notification that directs them to a specific, time-bound scenario.   After review, they simply record their response -- requiring 3 minutes or less -- and submit it to their manager for review. Note: the participant has the option to skip the video scenario and go on the next question (ex: they are in a crowded, public place that is not conductive to recording) Managers receive a similar message that submissions from their team are ready for viewing.   Once the Manager assessment is complete, each rep receives a follow-on alert to review their scores as well as any feedback from their manager Common use cases for video scenarios: Sales onboarding & certification Presentation skills Message delivery & alignment Objection handling Core selling skills, including discovery, negotiation & closing Competitive positioning and response New product or service introductions New or refresher compliance training

Video Scenario: Manager Review Our scientifically proven approach takes advantage of Qstream’s adaptive delivery algorithm, including intelligent batching of videos awaiting review, to deliver all the benefits of video coaching in a way that’s engaging and non-disruptive to managers We’ve extended this ”minutes a day” approach to managers as well.  From just one screen, managers can review the video, rate their reps’ response for knowledge proficiency and confidence, and provide individualized feedback.   Once the Manager assessment is complete, each rep receives a follow-on alert to review their scores, as well as any comments.
