Training Goal and objectives Goal – Train new personnel in job roles to work safely in nuclear facilities and within DOE compliance guidelines. Objectives: Real world scenario responses Portable learning from any location Real-life skills without endangering personnel, facility, or environment Tailored to fit specific sites Personnel utilizing the computer based training can experience the results of an incorrect action without the harmful results. Many of the computer based scenarios are very realistic. These scenarios can be programmed to represent the site that the individual is training to access. Training Goal and objectives
