Figure 1 Location of Antigenic T Cell Epitopes in the ZIKV Polyprotein The ZIKV genome encodes a single open reading frame that is processed into ten individual proteins by host and viral proteases. Viral structural proteins are depicted in this schematic in blue, whereas non-structural proteins are in gray. Dots below each protein indicate an individual T cell epitope derived from that protein in C57BL/6 mice. The green dot represents the immunodominant T cell epitope.
