WATER SAVING PRODUCTS & PROGRAMS FOR SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES • Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX • Manufacturing efficient water and energy conservation products for more than 35 years. • Presented conservation solutions for plumbing professionals, utility and energy companies, government officials and the multi-family and hospitality industries.

Niagara president and CEO Bill Cutler received 2013 award from Mary Ann Dickinson, Executive Director Alliance for Water Efficiency. • More than 96% of Niagara’s core product lines are EPA WaterSense labeled.   Niagara was named 2013 EPA WaterSense manufacturer partner of the year. • In 2012 alone, WaterSense labeled products helped Americans save more than 202 billion gallons of water, enough water to supply all the homes in Colorado for a year. More than 96% of Niagara’s core product lines are EPA WaterSense labeled! ®

Over 250,000 installed globally Uses 37% less water per flush Only single flush toilet using 0.8 gallons per flush available on the market today Over 250,000 installed globally Uses 37% less water per flush Save up to 18,000 gallons per year Another indicator of the stealth’s outstanding performance is the toilets map flush performance rating Map testing was developed in 2003 by members of the us and Canadian utility industry as a response to the challenges faced with older “low flow’ toilets, specifically the 1.6 GPF made in the 1990s. The stealth received the maximum performance, or map label that distinguishes a product’s superior performance and exceptional efficiency. Stealth® UHET® Dual Flush Stealth® Rear Outlet Stealth® Bottom Outlet

How it works Stealth Technology Dual Flush Technology • Second separate water chamber inside the tank. • Harnesses the power of air pressure to ensure that the bowl is cleared in one reliable flush. • “Vacuum assist” technology allows the all-important siphon effect to begin sooner and last longer, completing the flush more efficiently. • The line now includes a dual-flush unit, a back outlet and a one-piece version of the original 0.8 GPF design. Dual Flush Technology

+ System Stealth Toilet To further maximize water savings, Niagara combines the Stealth with other powerful, water-saving products. • The five-part package includes a stealth single or dual-flush toilet, Niagara water saving showerhead, the bi-max, and faucet aerators. • The bi-max showerhead is a unique, two-flow-rate model that can be adjusted when more or less water is required. The flow rate options include a 1.0 and a 1.5 gallons per minute output, regardless of available water pressure. • Aerators are an extremely inexpensive and simple way to increase water efficiency. • The bathroom aerators feature pressure-compensating technology. • Save 3,300 gallons of water per year, per faucet. • Kitchen aerator is a dual-spray model with a pause valve that achieves a 1.5 gallons per minute flow. • Saves 32% more than standard faucets. • Showerhead and aerator minimize the amount of energy needed. • Used together, these can save 40,000 gallons per year, per bathroom or as much as $600 in annual savings when the water and energy savings are combined. • All covered by a 10-year warranty.

Niagara Green City is a water and energy conservation program, combining the resources of Niagara Conservation and Green Plumbers USA, a five-time WaterSmart innovations partner and an internationally- recognized trade association and training organization. Plumbing professionals who participate in the program have passed the 32-hour Green Plumbers training, and made a commitment to Green Plumbers Licensing. • Niagara Green City is a water and energy conservation program that combines the resources of Niagara conservation and green plumbers USA. • Green city is designed to help utilities reduce water and energy demand by offering their customers the stealth system products, a 0.8 GPF stealth toilet, a bi-max showerhead, a kitchen aerator and two bathroom aerators. • Niagara assists the utility in promoting the program to single-family residents and owners of multi-family dwellings • No upfront costs and savings that exceed the low monthly cost paid by the resident, the program provides an easy way for the city to achieve their conservation goals and the end-user to save money. • Completely turnkey, including all retrofit program management, installation coordination, financing, and marketing and customer service. • Web-based data management tool provides secure and comprehensive management of client information and real-time installation tracing with easy accessibility for your staff.

What are the benefits to the city? Savings, no-cost, no hassle Meet conservation mandates without expending large portions of utility budget Creates cost savings from reduced water purchases and taxes Saves energy use during peak hours Increased capacity at wastewater treatment facilities What are the benefits to the customer? Smart technology, smart savings Easy access to the best conservation technology available with no upfront cost Immediate savings, 2 to 3 times the monthly charge New and improved fixture performance 10-year product warranty • Positions your utility or city as a leader and proponent of the conservation movement. • Small monthly fee that is lower than their monthly utility bill savings. • Families who participate can save an average of 30,000 gallons annually.

Up to two 0.8 stealth toilets, up to two water-saving showerheads and a kitchen aerator were offered to customers at no cost along with free installation. A total of 1,650 customers took advantage of the offer. Over the 20-year life of the toilets, avoided costs for the water district are estimated at approximately $2,036,000.
