L01 Mood board The purpose of a mood board is to help make new ideas and to show the feel of a product. The content of a mood board is text/slogan, photographs/images, fonts, colours and graphics. Mind maps The purpose of a mind map is to show the content of a product and the range of equipment needed. The content of a mindmap is suitable text, lines, central idea, nodes and subnodes.

L01 Visualisation Storyboard The purpose of a visualisation is to see a product (website/DVD cover etc) in visual form. The content of a visualisation is title, logo, image, colours, fonts and annotation. Storyboard The purpose of a storyboard is a visual plan of a video or animation. The content of a storyboard is timings, camera shots, camera angle, lighting and sound effects.
