4.Well: 4-7-13 Proposed Landscape timelines Previous Proposed timelines Electricity should be up and ready by Apr 12th Drilling targeted between Apr 12th and 26th Final Plumbing and final Electricity targeted until Apr 30th > Water available Irrigation: Quote and Decision targeted until May 10th Irrigation: Installation/Repair targeted until end of May Assessment Due August 1st Adjusted time lines Electrical Service Meter- installed July 10th Coordination issue resolved Electrical well motor control not working July 18th New motor control box ordered July 19th New motor control and rework of electrical wiring to be done July 22nd and July 23rd Well has been drilled – as of July 10th Well motor not working. (see motor issues above) July 18th evaluation from American Irrigation reports new submersible pump would need to be installed on South side of pond. Submersible 3 HP pump, wiring, and plumbing could go as high as $12,000 worst case. Direction is to attached irrigation directly to well pump with switch to fill pond. July 18th Old irrigation system would have to be researched/reworked, and remains very much an unknown condition, as well as design. Costs are undetermined as this point for irrigation. Landscape: To be scheduled after ALL HOA and Special Assessment dues are collected.
