Services the facility offer include: Assistance with protocol development and trouble shooting, Confocal laser scanning microscopy-Z-stack, 3D and timelapse of live cells, Multiphoton Live Animal Confocal Imaging. Nanosight NS300 for sub micron imaging of Exoxomes and other particles., scanning electron microscopy(SEM), conventional transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Ca2+ imaging, FRET (Acceptor Photobleaching)FRAP, Super Resolution Imaging, Nikon SIM and STORM, digital microscopy equipment configured with Nis Elements Data Analysis software, and 3D image processing programs. The facility is staffed by experienced technical specialists who are able to offer assistance at each stage of an imaging experiment.
