Negative humor “an attitude or perspective that is intended to be little, ridicule, discriminate and encourage negativity amongst adult learners. Negative humor is disruptive and can divide them” (Kelly, 2005:2) Positive humor “An attitude or perspective that will reduce the tension in class/training.
