I. Flexible gripper of the manipulator

First meeting- gripper 1 1

2 Installation of gripper Step 1: remove the sucker Step 3: connect the gripper kit Step 2: install the gripper

II. Handle control of the manipulator

Can the manipulator be controlled directly by the handle like playing a game?

1 1 Connect the handle Wireless mode Wired mode USB Hostmodule Handle

Open the handle 2 Wireless mode: 1. Handle initialization: power on the manipulator, the green light on the handle module will come on and output 4 short sounds. 2. Start the handle: press and hold the Home key and the A key. Attention: before using the handle, disconnect the manipulator from the computer.

It is time to operate by yourself!

Initial position Target position The game of building the blocks through handle control Area B Area A Task rules: Based on the by-group method, the members of the group take turns to use the various handle control modes to operate the manipulator, and stack the blocks according to the number of layers and color displayed right. Assessment method: The group that completes the game at faster speed will get higher score. Dobot manipulator

Game score table Round Control mode Group 1 Group 2 Group 3 Group 4 1 5 Total points

III. Wonderful teaching playback

First meeting- teaching playback 1 1

IV. Classroom summary

Summary Please sum up the contents of this lesson, and raise your questions if any.

After-class thinking - What is the difference between two handle control modes of their respective manipulator and the advantages and disadvantages? - The difference of three patterns of point-to-point motion and their respective application scenarios? - Is there any room for improvement of the manipulator?
