ILP Submit Grades Tutorial

ILP Submit Grades tool In this tutorial, you will learn how to submit both Midterm and Final grades in Blackboard using the ILP Submit Grades tool. To begin, open the course shell, locate the “Control Panel”, click “Course Tools” and select “Submit Grades”. This tool allows faculty to submit both Midterm and Final grades.

Submitting Midterm Grades To submit the Midterm grades, click the “Midterm Grades” button. Type in the letter grades in the appropriate Midterm column for each student. Once the grades have been entered, please double check for accuracy before submitting them. Once ready, click the “Submit grades” button at the bottom of the page.

Submitting Midterm Grades The process may take a few minutes to complete. Do not exit or refresh the page until you get a confirmation that the grades have been submitted.

Submitting Midterm Grades Once the grades have been submitted, we recommend checking the grades in WebAdvisor to verify that the grades have transferred over successfully and accurately. If you have entered an incorrect Midterm grade, you may resubmit it by going through the same steps.

Submitting Final Grades To submit the Final grades, click the “Final Grades” button. Type in the letter grades for each student. Once the grades have been entered, please double check for accuracy before submitting them. The process may take a few minutes to complete. Do not exit or refresh the page until you get a confirmation that the grades have been submitted. Please note that faculty cannot change the Final grades once submitted. If you have submitted an incorrect grade, please submit a Change of Grade Form to the Registrar's Office.

Submitting Final Grades For the Last Date of Attendance and Never Attended columns, please consult with your department chair or the online manager for instructions.
