How to start? Go to ifrc.force.com/gwsi and login Fill in the information Federation WASH Federation WASH

Creating a new project Click NEW PROJECTS and choose NEW MDG PROJECT or NEW SDG PROJECT Federation WASH Federation WASH MDG projects are projects that began and ended before 31 December 2015. SDG projects are projects that began and ended on or after 1 January 2016. Projects that began before 31 December 2015, and ended on or after 1 January 2016 can be classified as either a MDG or SDG project. The decision relies on your discretion; however, it is advisable to consider the type of data that you have available on this project.

Creating a new MDG project Fill in all the boxes Click confirm to save the project Type the name you have assigned the project internally. This may include location, project type, phase number, or any other indicator you use to identify the project Choose BILATERAL if the IFRC is not involved. Choose MULTILATERAL if the IFRC is involved If applicable, answer: 1. What went well? 2. What did not go so well? 3. What did you learn for the next time? For INTERNAL PROJECT NAME, type the name you have assigned the project internally so you can easily identify it in the list of your projects. The title may include location, project type, phase number (if applicable), or any other indicator you use to identify the project. For PROJECT TYPE, choose BILATERAL if the IFRC is not involved in the project. Choose MULTILATERAL if the IFRC is involved in the project. Partners will be added in step 9. In the comment section, if applicable, answer the following three questions: What went well? What went not so well? What did you learn for next time?

Creating a new SDG project (3) Fill in all the boxes Click confirm to save the project Remember: if you have the overall number of beneficiaries for an SDG project, but not the segregated data, then divide the total beneficiary number between men and women (50:50), and use the data for children served in schools for the overall number of children. You should have the data for schools and clinics separated already. Adding RCRC partners to a project (1) Click RELATED Federation WASH Federation WASH

Adding RCRC partners to a project (2) Click New Federation WASH Federation WASH Next to PROJECT PARTNERS, click NEW.

Adding RCRC partners to a project (3) Fill Partner Type Fill in Partner Organization Click Save if there are no other partners. Click Save & New if you have more partners to add Federation WASH Federation WASH Fill in the information, choosing between LEAD PARTNER and OTHER PARTNER (for any RCRC partner who is not the lead partner). Click SAVE if there are no other partners. Click SAVE & NEW if you wish to add another partner.

Click SAVE if there are no other partners. Click SAVE & NEW if you wish to add another partner.

How to edit a project (3) Edit the information you wish to update Click Save The project has now been updated. The new data will be reflected immediately in the GWSI Summary. It will, however, take up to 24 hours to be reflected in the GWSI maps Federation WASH Federation WASH
