Administrative and Communications Specialist You will be responsible for: Determines the administration issues and resolves them for smooth office operations. Supports in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership. Supports internal communications and drafts content (for internal distribution, company intranet). Coordinates internal events management, organizes initiatives, plans meetings and events as needed. Provides administrative support for managers and other stakeholders. Administers company documents and correspondence, answers and routes phone calls. Performs other line manager’s tasks and assignments within the scope of responsibilities.
