Administrative and Communications Specialist You will be responsible for: Determines the administration issues and resolves them for smooth office operations. Supports in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership. Supports internal communications and drafts content (for internal distribution, company intranet). Coordinates internal events management, organizes initiatives, plans meetings and events as needed. Provides administrative support for managers and other stakeholders. Administers company documents and correspondence, answers and routes phone calls. Performs other line manager’s tasks and assignments within the scope of responsibilities. You are the right person if: Higher education in the fields of business administration, communications, public relations or relevant field Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Very good organizational and planning abilities Working knowledge of MS Office Very good knowledge of English Please send CV to karjera@mdlz.com
