NOTES Note 1 - Definition of “Dependents” Note 2 – Definition of “Young Adult” Note 3 – Definition of “Student” Note 4 – Rebate Policy Note 5 – Hardship Policy

Definition of “Dependents” (Note 1) Has a parent/guardian who is an ADULT player AND under 25 years of age at start of season (1st April each year) AND still in full time education There is no limit to the number of dependents covered under the ADULT GOLD price plan.

Definition of “Young Adult” (Note 2) Under 25 years of age at start of season (1st April each year) AND too old to play age-group cricket – Under 17 and below AND no longer in full-time education

Definition of “Student” (Note 3) Is not a “Dependent” (1) AND Under 25 years of age at start of season (1st April each year) AND too old to play age group cricket – Under 17 and below AND still in full time education

Rebate Policy (Note 4) – does not apply to Family 1 Price Plan Where for reasons beyond a members control (e.g. injury, illness, work commitments) they did not play the amount of cricket anticipated under the Price Plan they “signed up to” they can ask The Committee if they will consider a rebate of subscriptions. To be eligible for consideration for a rebate the members monthly standing order must remain in place for the full 12 months (April to March). The Committee will look sympathetically on such cases and consider all rebate requests on a case by case basis. The Committee will apply as consistent an approach as possible to determining the value of any such rebates, as it is unlikely any two cases will be identical. Rebates will be agreed at the sole discretion of The Committee and will not be made until the end of March each year.

Hardship Policy (Note 5) – applicable to both the Adult and Colts Sections The Committee will look sympathetically on situations of “hardship” (e.g. periods of unemployment, redundancy, other financial difficulty) on a case by case basis. Cases where individuals are over 25 years of age and in full time education will also be considered under the Hardship Policy. Subscription payments (and payment terms) due in such hardship cases will be agreed at the sole discretion of The Committee.
