Objective Objectives To simulate an assembly line process and analyze the ergonomics Gain further knowledge in virtual simulation processes and ergonomics in the real world

Requirements Requirements Set up simulation for an assembly line that fits Ford’s timing and ergonomic requirements

Process Process Build assembly line and parts Assemble work area with parts and manikins Assign motions and set up simulation Analyze manikins in an ergonomics viewpoint Present an actual walk through of the operation in virtual simulation
