A1-A4 & B1-B4. Fluorescence of anti-IgE-FITC to atopic serum-sensitized human basophils. In A1, atopic serum and camel isotypes are absent. B1 is a complete system in the absence of camel isotypes. B2-B4 Basophils sensitization in the presence of postimmunized camel IgG1 (B2), IgG2 (B3), and IgG3 (B4).
