The 3 Domains Characteristics Archaea No nucleus, unicellular, and can live in extreme environments, autotroph and heterotroph, cell wall not made of peptidoglycan Bacteria No nucleus and cell wall made of peptidoglycan, autotroph and heterotroph, Eukarya All members have a nucleus and the ability to be more complex. ***Domains are the largest classification***
