CAFE Objectives CAFE aims to: Enable and support faculty excellence at all stages of career Maintain balance among the teaching, research, and service missions of Missouri S&T Establish and sustain CAFE as the foremost faculty development unit on campus

Early Career Faculty Forum Objectives Early career faculty who regularly attend the forums will be able to: Develop usable products at sessions that can be applied to promote student and faculty success Navigate the Missouri S&T culture and available resources, and network with colleagues Refine skills for teaching and learning Assemble an effective promotion and tenure dossier

RESEARCH MENTORING LUNCH for CASB November 5th: Dr. Susan Renoe, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Research, Extension & Engagement at the University of Missouri, and Dr. Sara Vassmer, Director of The Connector, are members of ARIS (Advancing Research Impact in Society) and the NABI (National Alliance for Broader Impacts).
