But for those living with Type II diabetes, life and health can be hard to manage. This self-management workshop Living Well with Diabetes* can help you take control of your health! Do you have any of these thoughts? I wish it were easy to manage symptoms. I miss doing things with my family and friends. It’s harder to set goals and solve problems than it used to be. I wish it were easy to change how and what I eat. I’d like more helpful conversations with my doctor. This six-week workshop can help!
