Purpose The intention of this presentation is to: provide a summary of ISO 10013:20XX, Guidelines for quality management system documented information. Transitioning from ISO/TR 10013:2001, Guidelines for quality management system documentation. ISO/TC 176/TG 01

Introduction Introduction to ISO 10013:20XX The ISO 9000 family of International Standards requires an organization to maintain and retain documented information to support the operation of its processes and to have confidence that the processes are being carried out as planned. Documented information is information required to be controlled and maintained by an organization and the medium on which it is contained. Documented information can be used to communicate, to provide evidence of what was planned has been done, or for sharing knowledge. This document provides guidance for the creation, review, approval, control and maintenance of all quality management system documented information. Published 20XX ISO/TC 176/TG 01

Summary The ISO 10013:20XX standard: provides guidance for the creation, review, approval, control and maintenance of all quality management system documented information; provides concepts for improving documented information; can be used in any kind of organization. ISO/TC 176/TG 01
