Differential methylation at 12 selected HPV16 CpGs in cervical cells from premalignant lesions with biopsy-confirmed diagnoses from our original study (34). The markers indicate cases diagnosed as CIN1 (open triangles), CIN2, or CIN3 (filled circles; A), and CIN2 (filled diamonds) and CIN3 (filled squares; B). A case was counted as methylated if it had any methylation at a given CpG.
